You Are What You Eat

Research shows that the foods we eat have an enormous impact on our health. Diets high in fruits, vegetables and grains contain less fat and cholesterol, promote long-term health, fight disease, and help save the environment.

If, like me, you can’t live without meat, be sure the rest of the meal includes servings of fruit and vegetable.
